Base Products
Aromantic Base Products are developed in-house by Kolbjørn Borseth.
They are made from well-proven raw materials. You add tinctures, essential
oils or other active raw materials.

Base Cream for Mature SkinA rich, everyday Base Cream for face, hands and body. It contains Macadamia Nut Oil - the classic Vegetable Oil for mature skin. Apart from having excellent moisture-retaining qualities, Shea Butter contains 5-10% phytosterols, which are known to be active in stimulating the formation and growth of new cells. Shea Butter also balances the Thistle Oil, which is easily absorbed by the skin because of its high content of Linoleic Acid (80%), which, in turn, helps to reduce the early onset of dry and wrinkled skin. It also contains significant amounts of Antioxidants like Vitamin E Oil and Rosemary Antioxidant CO2 Extract. Base Cream for Sensitive SkinAn excellent, everyday Base Cream for face, hands and body containing Apricot Kernel, Peach Kernel,
and Rosehip Oil.
These are the best oils to use on sensitive skin. Apricot and Peach Kernel Oils are stable, mild oils which spread easily on the skin and are ideal
for sensitive, inflamed or aging skin. Rosehip
Oil is very high in Vitamin C and, as far as we know, is the best
vegetable source of Omega 3 and also a good source of Omega 6. Rosehip
Oil also contains a derivative of Retinol (Vitamin A), which replenishes
and helps rebuild skin tissue. This cream also contains significant amounts
of Vitamin E Oil and
Rosemary Antioxidant CO2 Extract. Base Shampoo for Dry HairThis is a nourishing everyday Base Shampoo for dry hair, which includes Conditioner and is based upon well-proven detergents (qualified as safe and biodegradable in nature). The strong infusion of Nettle with all its minerals helps to counteract hair loss, prevent and cure dandruff, stimulate the scalp and generally improve the quality of dry, lifeless hair. Saponins from Calendula help the minerals from the Nettle to penetrate the scalp also has a very high Silica content, which strengthens the hair and prevents split ends. A very concentrated shampoo that can be used every day. INCI: Aqua (Still Water); MIPA Laureth Sulphate & Cocoamidopropyl Betaine (Detergents from Coconut Oil); Decylglucoside & Cocoamidopropyl Betaine (Sugar-based Detergents); the Infusions of Urtica dioica (Nettle Herb), Calendula officinalis (Calendula Flowers); Guar Hydroxy propyltrimonium chloride (Olive Oil-based Fat Restoring Agent); Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol and Potassium Sorbate (Preservative K); Lactic Acid (Vegan). Base Shampoo for Oily HairThis is a nourishing everyday Base Shampoo for oily hair, which includes conditioner and is based upon well-proven detergents (qualified as safe and biodegradable in nature). The strong infusion of Sage reduces the oily secretions of the scalp, thereby helping to improve oily hair. The Sage also helps to counteract hair loss by disinfecting the scalp and stimulating blood circulation, thereby bringing nutrients to the hair shafts. Horsetail saponins help the Sage minerals to penetrate the scalp and also has a very high Silica content, which strengthens the hair and prevents split ends. A very concentrated Shampoo that can be used every day. Base Cream for Dry SkinA rich Base Cream for the face and the whole body based on well-proven raw materials for dry skin (such as Sweet Almond Oil and Olive oil). The added Organic Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Gel gives the cream a nice texture and feel on the skin. For even deeper moisturising properties, we have added NFF (natural, deep moisturiser). Base LotionThis is a good rich Base Lotion that can be used for most skin conditions (except oily skin and skin with large pores). Well-proven raw materials are used so that this lotion can be used safely on the face and on the whole body. For everyday use. Add Essential Oils or leave it neutral. Base Bath FoamA neutral, rich Base Bath Foam that to which you can add your favourite bath time Essential Oils. The Bath Foam helps to disperse the Essential Oils throughout the whole bath and not just on the surface, avoiding skin irritations. Base Cleansing LotionThis is a rich Base Cleansing Lotion based on large amounts of Sweet Almond Oil . It also contains Castor Oil, which draws out dirt. The Detergents used are very mild and derived from Sugar. It can be used for most skin conditions but care should be taken with sensitive skin due to the small amount of Detergent. Wash it off with warm water. Add Essential Oils or leave it neutral. INCI: Aqua (Still Water); Prunus amygdalus (Sweet Almond Oil ); Beheneth 10 (Emulsifier); Ricinus communis (Castor Oil); Decylglucoside & Cocoamidopropyl Betaine (Sugar-based mild Detergent); Glycerine (Natural Moisturiser); Tocopherol (Vitamin E Oil); Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol and Potassium Sorbate (Preservative K); Lactic Acid (Vegan). Base Gel with Organic Whole Leaf Aloe VeraThis is an excellent healing Base Gel containing Organic Whole Leaf Aloe Vera, which is organically grown and cold pressed in Mexico. Aside from US organic approval, the Aloe Vera we use has also passed the inspection of the international Aloe Science Council. Aloe Vera is added to our Base Gel for its pain relieving, antiseptic and healing properties. This Base Gel can be used to help heal wounds, burns, cuts, grazes, sunburn, psoriasis, eczema, acne, and to minimise scar tissue from wounds, burns, etc. INCI: Aloe barbadensis (Organic Whole Leaf Aloe Vera); Xanthan Gum; Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol and Potassium Sorbate (Preservative K); Lactic Acid (Vegan).
